I had am amazing experience with High Road Langley. I recently purchased a used trade-in and from the first step inside, to the final drive away, I felt like I was in the right place. Everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful of my space while I made my decision. They were very accommodating in allowing myself and my husband to test ride the bike. Richard went above and beyond. I highly recommend anyone to go here for purchase or service.

Extremely unimpressed - I called ahead to make sure the bike I was looking at was still there. The person who picked up said they were the sales manager and assured me it was there and will be outside and ready to be checked out for me when I get there. The bike was inside the showroom behind a bunch of others. I was told a FULL service was done, but the bike was filthy. I’ve never seen a shop that does a ‘full service’ and doesn’t wash the bike. The chain had dirt stuck to it, every crevice is full of dust and dirt. Fine, I can wash the bike, clean and lube the chain etc. The fairing was cracked and not disclosed in the ad. Then I asked them to take the bike out and start it - turns out the bike doesn’t even start... I drove 1.5 hours to see a bike that they didn’t bother to wash, didn’t bother to check if it even starts, and didn’t care enough to even take outside when I specifically called beforehand. Because of the condition it was in I have all my doubts that any kind of inspection or ‘service’ was done on it.. Who does a service on a bike and doesn’t clean and lube the chain? A different sales manager called the next day to tell me they’ve fixed the bike starting issue. Told me the asking price oh then 300 on top for a doc fee... you seriously had the guts to ask me for a doc fee after all that. This was my first time at this dealership, and I brought cash (asking price) with full intentions to buy it. C’mon guys...
Service is fast and efficient. Staff is friendly. Just got my Desmo service done and the price I paid was almost exactly what they quoted me 4 months prior to be bringing the bike in.
they have a great test ride event, great opportunity to test out the new rides to see how it feels. they collect 20 for the ride which benefits BC children's hospital which is great. staff was really nice and they have a nice store with lots of accessories.
